Learn frameworks for biblical leadership, including often overlooked principles, such as how to grow in your areas of weakness, personal reflection (including mistakes), and why humility and accountability are vital for the church leader.
Leadership training often focuses on managing others well without addressing self-management. In Guiding the Flock Faithfully: Biblical Leadership, you’ll learn frameworks for biblical leadership, including often overlooked principles, such as how to grow in your areas of weakness, personal reflection (including mistakes), and why humility and accountability are vital for the church leader. Join Dr. Scott Cormode, the Hugh De Pree Professor of Leadership Development in the School of Mission & Theology and author of The Innovative Church, as he introduces you to the four frames of leadership: Structural, Relational, Symbolic, and Political. You’ll increase your competency within these four frames to become a well-rounded leader who embraces the virtues of humility, integrity, and service.

Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International
The Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International (PCAFI) was founded by Bishop Samuel N. Hancock in 1957 and officially incorporated on November 20, 1957. Established from its inception as a Oneness Pentecostal organization practicing baptism by full water immersion, the group sought to create an organization that stood for the highest standards of holiness. It is one of twelve major organizations born from the womb of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World between 1919 and 1960. Today, with churches across the globe, the PCAFI remains committed to its trademark of spiritual excellence and integrity on behalf of the Apostolic faith. Bishop Lambert W. Gates, Sr. is the current presiding bishop.
