This Discipling Your Planting Team course will help you identify and gather an empowered, diverse, and missional team, develop a plan to create shared missional practices, and more.
No one plants a church alone! Church planting teams are learning labs where God’s Spirit uses the planter and the team to share and disciple each other as a reflection of God’s own communal nature. This Discipling Your Planting Team course will help you to identify and gather a team, recognize the stages and conflicts that launch teams face, and form the team by living together in God’s mission. We’ll look at biblical examples to cultivate teams that are empowered, diverse, and missional. And finally, we’ll develop a plan to create shared missional practices among our leadership team.
