About This Course

“One of society's abiding needs is to develop and mature its leaders. I believe this is more true now than ever, and I also believe that mentoring has become the best means of achieving these goals. The give-and-take of mentoring seems to me to be the best way of guiding leaders toward expanding their potential.” - Max De Pree, Leadership Jazz

Mentoring is essential to learning and leading, but the world desperately needs more mentors. Emerging leaders need encouragement and support from people further down the path. They need others to come alongside them to help them flourish. That could be you!

We developed this course primarily to equip and encourage those thinking about becoming mentors. Yet experienced mentors have also appreciated this course because it offers a fresh perspective on mentoring that's biblical and informed by social science research. Wherever you are on your mentoring journey, we hope this course will help you grow in your knowledge and confidence so that you can invest in others the experience and wisdom that God has given you.
