The PCAFI Advanced Leadership Certificate is a six-course program designed for current ministry leaders to receive the essential knowledge and tools they need to be effective in their calling as a PCAFI minister. These courses will help you deepen your understanding of your role and work as a PCAFI minister through self exploration, connection with your community, and your relationship with Jesus Christ. This will culminate in a final project that has direct relevance to your daily work.

Throughout the certificate, you will be equipped with knowledge and skills in PCAFI policies, procedures, and history; holistic discipleship and preaching of the Scriptures; and leading the people entrusted to your care. You will become familiar with the PCAFI values and the roles and expectations placed on you as a minister. You will journey through the history of Black Pentecostalism and the global church from its beginning till now, honoring the experiences of those who have gone before you. You can expect to tackle issues in interpreting the Bible and leading in a way that responds to your local community. You will gain wisdom in ministering in a biblical way, representing the love and justice of Jesus Christ. Lastly, you will learn how to engage with your community, putting your faith in practice with those around you.

When you successfully complete the final project after finishing the six courses, you will earn a professional certificate from FULLER Equip.
